Case Study: Chelleon Cosmetics
A young but rapidly expanding company, Chelleon cosmetics needed an online presence to reflect the level of service and product ranges they provide to both existing and new customers, and to take advantage of new internet technologies.
They have recently been expanding their range portfolio too so wanted to support these brands and increase their online retail.
By recognising the importance of projecting a positive image online for Chelleon I created a user friendly, tightly focused site architecture that can grow with the companies needs. The site also captures potential customers and stores them in an email marketing system for use in their monthly offers and promotions.
The site is built around the super-flexible Magento ecommerce software platform, enabling Chelleon to easily collate and organise content as and when they need to do so. As well as offering full automated reporting on transactions, stock control and user interaction.
The result has been a huge increase in online sales, great feedback from customers and quickly rising visitor traffic.

After deciding to create a fully fledged e-commerce website we contacted Tris for a quote and design ideas. From that point on we were amazed at the talent and scope of new ideas that were offered. From wire frame images that greatly assisted in allowing us to visualize and change the layout of the site initially to screenshots and mock up's that allowed us to utilize Tris's skills as a designer to create a website that fully surpassed our expectations. The site was completed on time, within budget and with a backend service fully SEO optimized, easy to use and most importantly started creating sales from day one.
